R&BZIN IT

Since there's been a complete and utter lack of R&B in mainstream today (outside of Keyshia Cole), we want to dedicate a couple posts a month to 90s R&B. This Guy track was technically released in the late 1980s, but this type of bump & grind swang definitely set the tone for what was to come. Call it ghetto if you want, but this sh*z is a masterpeice! Aaron Hall's voice is like a big, melting heap of buttery nostalgia. The producer of this group, Teddy Riley, is also known for his recent work on Lady Gaga's track "Teeth," which can be found on the Fame Monster album. I'm not going to bother posting the MP3 of said track 'cuz I'm sure it's either been deluxe editioned, pirated or making you sick to your stomach by now.
